Parking was fine and well lit. No A/C in main building looks like it’s been out a long time. Makeshift ac for lobby and floor fans down hallways. Elevators were filthy and smelt bad seems they tried to cover up the smell with a floral cleaner without really cleaning it. The rooms were a little less to be desired.

The cabin wasnt very clean. There were rats in the ceiling (i heard them every single night) and rat droppings in all the cabinets in the kitchen. Place was perfect for some dock fishing and lots of eating. Kitchen was stocked, fridge was clean. Quite neighborhood! Host was very gracious and we appreciated it! We will definitely come stay again!
